想不到香港夏天的車展還真旺﹗一個接一個﹐差點兒換不過氣來。今天住的附近商場就有場特別的展覽﹐16台經典的Mini全上陣了﹐雖然自己不是Mini的粉絲﹐但還是覺得很好看。

之前說什麼來著﹖我這麼大還是第一次看到超跑如Lamborghini也會做Road Show擺檔。看樣子股市和樓市已經到達了顛峰﹐之後會怎麼樣﹐不用挑明想必大家也猜到了。

今次廠方推出嘅 Bicolore雙色特別版,當然更 Sharp更靚!起初聽見林寶玩 Two Tone Color,以為左一忽右一忽咁 Crossover,驚佢變到好騎呢,點知原來簡簡單單玩上下分色;由玻璃窗框到車頂,均以 Noctis Black作塗裝,整個上半車身都係恍如鋼琴鏡面般嘅立立令黑色,下半身共五隻顏色選擇,包括黃、橙、藍、白及灰等色,到港版本就以黑溝黃作配搭,視覺效果相當新鮮,亦凸顯出 Gallardo車身更為流線有動感。

除此以外,連四條超貴鍛軨,都換上鈦金屬塗裝,再配上 19吋派拉利 P-Zero跑胎,有跑味之餘更形矜貴帥氣。

叫得特別版,當然唔只玩車身顏色咁簡單。首先內櫳鋪設黑色 Persus頂級靚皮,兼且所有皮位均縫上跟車身相呼應嘅黃色線邊,玩撞色玩得相當徹底。另外中控台下方嘅 e-gear轉波位,亦轉成車廂統一嘅啞黑色,而過往屬 Option嘅電動控制連發熱功能嘅仿桶椅,喺 Bicolore版亦已成標準配備。

以跟舊款 Gallardo車價相若嚟計,咁多轉變自然物有所值,最得人歡喜嘅,算係門窗內側嘅 Bicolore特別版招牌,雖然 Bicolore非限量推出,招牌上並無刻上限量編號,不過單單 Bicolore呢個字,已足證你架 Gallardo係最新款,淨係呢點已令林寶 Fans有晒理由出新車啦!

難道Bentley Arnage和Rolls Royce Silver Seraph是出自一轍﹖

昨天下午在灣仔看到台寶藍色掛中港牌的Bentley Arnage﹐咦﹖等等怎麼車身前面會有女神的標誌﹖原來是台Rolls Royce Silver Seraph﹐但是怎麼車身外形跟我們熟悉的賓利Arnage一模一樣﹖

後來查了下WIKI﹐沒錯﹐當年Bentley Arnage和Rolls Royce Silver Seraph的確是出自一轍﹐因為Rolls Royce很早就收購了Bentley﹐所以歷年很多的車款都是相似的。

Aside from the radiator grille, badges and wheels, the Rolls-Royce was externally identical to the contemporary Bentley Arnage, sharing both its platform and body shell. The exterior was available in one and two-tone finishes.

Inside, the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph and the Bentley Arnage were similar but quite distinct from one another. In the Seraph, the gear selector was column-mounted and the gauges followed a traditional Rolls-Royce layout (for example, there was no tachometer). In both cars, the seats and dashboard were upholstered in Connolly Leather, with dashboard trim and folding picnic trays for rear passengers faced with glossy burl walnut veneer.

The Seraph was known for its relatively limited acceleration and comfortable handling, in comparison to the Arnage, which had a twin turbocharged V8 of its own design and firmer suspension. However, the Seraph still had a top speed of 140 mph (230 km/h). The Arnage was to be powered by a BMW V8 engine, with Cosworth-engineered twin-turbo installation, and the Seraph was to employ a BMW V12 engine.

How to Squeeze the Last Drop of Space from your Windows Server

Today I’ve encountered a storage shortage problem during updating the Symmantec Antivirus on Windows Server 2003 VM, Symmantec kept complaining my server didn’t have enough space as first it requires downloading 300MB files on to C drive, then another 300MB or more for updating the files.

So I’ve removed all those hidden $service_pack_files (it’s absolutely safe to do so, of course if you do not need to roll back any of those hotfixs), I soon found out that I was still short of space, huh? Finally, I was able to squeeze another 100MB disk space by removing the all those older than 1 month Temporary ASP.NET Files under C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework, do it both for version 1.1 and 2.0 folders.

Of course if that doesn’t work, I still can add some GB to the VMDK, then use Acronis Disk Director to shift the empty space to C partition (as I have D and E drives as well), boot up the VM, then use Dell’s ExtPart to extend it on the fly, but since the above works, I didn’t bother. Obviously if you only have a big C drive, then it’s much easier, just add more space to it and then extend on the fly if it’s W2K8 or use ExtPart if it’s W2K3.

I read it somewhere the best recommended free space for C drive is 10GB for Windows Server 2003 and 20GB for Windows Server 2008.
