對於今次一個充滿熱誠的中年創業者、大衛挑戰歌利亞的故事，政府一句話唔比你玩，仲要連理由都唔晒話比公眾知，我就覺得當中好有問題囉!
如果撇開政治方面， 事實魔童已經投入9億、製作超過數百小時節目(其它兩間幾乎沒有任何動靜)，果個么官﹖(唔記得個名，再次證明政治冷感) 竟然厚顏無恥話香港電視咁都唔夠其它兩家競爭，詳細理由因為行會保密機制唔方便透露wor。
小時候師長經常教導我們不要講大話，做人要真誠，但人越大就越覺得現今社會、尤其這幾年香港由上而下，講大話已經成為家常便飯，仲要面不改容，連自己都信埋呢下先驚!
小朋友肯定會問為什麼這些大人師長們總是要求我們做人要真誠，唔好講大話，但自己就不停做一些相反的事。
簡單來講全部係偽君子行為是也。

引擎聲真好听，尾巴右邊那個黃色的環應該是F355 F1版本來的，而且很趴地，法拉利原來根本就是應該這個樣子的。
很多忠實的Tifosi都在說近年尤其Enzo以後法拉利一直都在吃老本，不思進取，沒有創意，這樣下去，情況不妙。現在為了迎合市場而改變得人不人、鬼不鬼似的，失望。
以前法拉利老爺子從街車賺到的錢就全放進F1賽車里，現在他老人家走了，還需要那樣拼命地賺錢嗎？再說，老爺子在世的時候那時候的經典多极了，所以說有時候領軍靈魂人物走了后，這個品牌也就差不多了。

天璽貨尾賣平兩成
新地低價散貨 料嚇散豪宅市場新地（016）以回贈印花稅七成優惠，較市價平逾兩成開售九龍站豪宅天璽貨尾，搶先在同區新盤The Austin開賣前，截擊該盤客源。低價效應震驚區內市場，即時「炸毀」二手市況。業界恐怕已呈死寂的二手豪宅市場，勢陷癱瘓狀態。
將開賣新盤 訂價料添壓
新地落重本以大幅回贈印花稅70%作「殺手鐧」，平價推銷天璽。為推使「餓盤」已久的地產代理在淡市下落力促銷，據知，發展商向代理施展「重賞」制，視乎代理代客入票單位類型，可獲額外獎金18萬至38萬元不等。平價兼高獎金下，全城代理幾乎「一窩蜂」飛撲撈客，市傳昨日已初步錄得逾20張收票。二手市場雖暫未見業主割喉減價，但代理焦點落在天璽下，即時劈價，也難敵一手重賞誘惑，二手業主出貨更添困難。
美聯首席分析師劉嘉輝表示，二手豪宅市場受制於辣招，若是港人買入，須支付沉重的雙倍印花稅（DSD），若是外來買家就需付買家印花稅（BSD），目前面對一手豪宅推出優惠吸客，二手肯定受壓。政府不撤辣招，加上豪宅貨尾平賣，他預期二手豪宅將陷入凍結狀態。他稱：「不單是九龍站，全香港都凍結……好市時每周末日有100宗成交，正常五、六十宗，現在只在20宗以下。」他又謂整體樓市步入凍結狀態，辣招一日存在，樓市難逃寒冬。
利嘉閣總裁廖偉強相信，受豪宅盤平價推出影響，即將開賣的一手盤，訂價會有壓力。他指，政府設多項重稅後，豪宅市場不能只靠用家，亦需要長線投資者吸納，但重稅令買家卻步，「客少咗，銷情自然困難」，因重稅凍結一批豪宅買家，隨着發展商補貼大部份稅項，將釋放積聚已久的購買力。
資深投資者「山頂賴」賴可茵表示，今次新地減價賣天璽，既為出貨，達致貨如輪轉，亦為業績着想。她認為，不會影響二手豪宅，「呢點要睇二手業主嘅實力，我睇到天璽啲人好有實力，你有你賣，我有我唔賣咋嘛，我睇唔到香港豪宅即時會冧！」
不過，如果部份業主持貨力不足，對後市信心不大，就會被拋窒。對於減價會否震散二手豪宅，她稱：「永遠都有羊群，會有人減價出貨，但唔會多，好似太古城有個好平單位出貨，係咪等於太古城去到嗰個位呢，唔係㗎嘛！」經濟學家：跌市訊號
以價單最貴單位為例，樓價6,813萬元，新地幫買家付稅高達2,074萬元。本地經濟學家關焯照表示，發展商明顯是「要錢唔要貨」，認為是跌市訊號。
若以最平一個實用面積435呎單位為例，定價1,283萬元，若屬內地買家，原本需要支付稅款約288萬元，但目前新地提供回贈，買家須付金額即降至86萬元，其餘202萬元稅款由新地支付。
對於大手筆代客付重稅，市場質疑發展商與政府有對着幹之嫌。新地副董事總經理雷霆表示，集團乃配合政府政策，希望樓價平穩，是次定價屬克制及合理，考慮到新條例下，樓宇交易成本高昂，買家付新稅制，應付首期之餘，並要即付稅項，負荷較大，集團希望幫到買家，遂一同承擔成本。
雷霆強調，周六發售首批30伙，其中8伙是「港人港樓」，只限售予港人，並指下一批加推單位，將港人港樓數目加大。至於是次重手回贈稅項達七成，強調非想招攬內地客，相信客源仍以本地客為主。

今天找出一堆英國拍賣網站過往的成交紀錄，其中不乏大名鼎鼎之輩，但是還是就給這個奔馳拖車+W196R的組合吸引了。
特別之處當然不是CMC的這兩台車，而是那個豎在旁邊毫不起眼的小小銀色名牌，上面赫然寫著50年代車神J.M. Fangio的簽名。

據知Fangio在1995年就仙游了，所有一定不可能是他在CMC 2007年推出這兩台車時簽的，合理解釋應該是這位美國模型發燒友John Marshall Buck在很早以前就找到了Fangio揮豪，然後再加在這個拍賣品裡以達到增值的效果。
當然最後的成交價並沒有先前預期的高，只是360英鎊而已，其中最主要原因應該是很難證實這個就是當時J.M. Fangio的簽名，不過真品也好、貢品也好，這倒是我第一次看到車神簽名的形態，也就心滿意足了。
最近迷上了車模人偶和場景擺設，先後入手了3個1比18俄國Scale Figures製作的手辦人偶。他們分別是大名鼎鼎的Alberto Ascari、Juan Manuel Fangio，還有Stirling Moss，這下好了，終於可以跟我那些Exoto & CMC的精密F1賽車結合成一體了。
這次想提的是TrueScale Miniatures (TSM) 這間以香港為基地的車模公司，近來TSM大有搞作，兩年前就開始積極進軍1比18 F1的領域，分別推出了不少令人稱讚的作品，尤其是打響了頭炮的Tyrrell P34，其精密程度不亞于當年驚為天然人的Exoto P34，當然如果TSM以後可以加上帶車手人偶的配套那就更完美了。
另外它製作的眾多的車隊組合、車手人偶和場景擺設等也令車模收藏家門興奮不已，看來TSM的老闆眼光獨到，一早就瞄準這塊被人遺忘的Niche market，終於找到了它自己增值的道路。
TrueScale在人偶製作方面雖然說不能跟高端的Scale Figures一較高下，但是其性價比之高也的確拉攏了一批新的擁戴者。當然希望TSM能在技術上更上一層樓，可以逐漸跟高端拉近距離，這是我們所有車模收藏家最想看到的良性競爭局面。
最後得知TSM香港的總代理Toy East即將推出一款自家製作的萬寶路車隊人偶，其實細心觀察會發現這套人偶造型幾乎跟TSM的Jagermesiter/Martini/GULF車隊是一模一樣的，除了領隊用會了JPS Lotus的鬍子大叔形象。
但到底為什麼蓮花老闆Colin Chapman會跑去麥拿倫服務車神Senna這個就不得而知了，我只知道這套將會跟我最近入手的Mclaren MP4/4加洗拿人偶配成完美的一對!
唯一的遺憾是車隊制服上沒了Mclaren的標誌，不過這個問題很容易就可以找得到麥拿倫車隊標誌的水貼然後自行解決。
最後補充一點就是最近跟車模店老闆閑聊才解開了一個謎團。就是為什麼最近這麼多的手版車模和人偶其中Marlboro的水貼字樣都要麻煩自行貼上﹖原因簡單不過，就是全球禁煙的結果。至於那這個嗎﹖這還真的不清楚，呵呵。。。
其實正確來說這個紅白涂裝的萬寶路車隊應該是70年代早期的Mclaren維修車隊，基本上TSM最近推出的人偶套裝都以70年代F1為主的。
但這張MP4/4圖片又說明了什麼呢﹖呵呵﹖說明了紅白涂裝的萬寶路Mclaren維修車隊制服由70年中一直到80年代末期都是延用這個設計的。如果再技術點推斷，TSM這次的套裝更傾向於Senna 1988 MP4/4這個鼎盛時期(全年16場贏了15場)的車隊制服。

一個日本人製作的1/20萬寶路McLaren MP4/6場景
這個關於麥拿倫F1車隊50週年紀念的3D動畫系列十分精彩，每集只有短短的兩三分鐘，總共10集。正確來說應該是極有創意，完全表達出了英式笑話的那種含蓄。
此外也讓我了解了很多我以前不知道的歷史故事，如果現在中學通識教育都用這樣的方法敘述的話哪裡還可能會打磕睡呢﹖
