馬德里網球大師賽第二輪，世界一哥祖高域（Djokovic）碰到保加利亞小將迪米特羅夫（Dimitrov），二比三敗陣出局。
半夜在電視裏看直播，本來以為很快打完，結果一打三個多小時，打到香港天亮方休。比賽後段，全場為迪米特羅夫打氣，這個二十一歲的小將打到最後一分的時候，用手指在胸前劃了個十字，結果拿下了祖高域。
迪 米特羅夫冒起得很快，現在世界排名二十三，相信很快就可以躋身前十名。看他打球最有趣的地方，是他的動作活脫脫就是一個費達拿。無論正手反手，還是發球削 球，如果離遠了看，就是費天王現身，連發球前拍球起板的動作都一模一樣。除了步法還欠些火候，其他技術已非常成熟，所以看他打球，就像看見八、九年前的費 達拿。
很少有運動員打球姿勢和動作如此相似的，可見費達拿一定是迪米特羅夫的偶像，但模仿得這麼相似而有實效，猶如費達拿上身，真是世所罕見。費達拿是網球界不世之才，如今看來有接班人了，真令人高興。
希望這次他可以在馬德里的紅土場上跟費達拿相遇，然後看兩個出手一模一樣的人比賽，那就簡直是《西遊記》裏「真假猴王」的意境，一定刺激，一定好看。

剛到的黑色德國豬手以及考古成果

我實在太喜歡保時捷959了，它和法拉利F40兩位80年代的車壇代表作成為了我青少年時期的情意結，所以這幾年間一口氣入手了6台不同顏色的Exoto 959。
當然AA也曾在2011年的時候推出過紅、白、銀3色，但是總覺得AA做的外型不太準確，959身形應該更加肥胖才對，但是AA的版本因為過於纖瘦，所以神韻沒做出來，而且價格方面也比當年的Exoto 959貴上2倍。
我收菜的經驗告訴我，要收德國車模，一定要去國際拍賣網站德國或者比利時區購買，不僅款式多而且質量高，價錢方面往往也經常會喜出望外。
這次終於收到了盼望已久的黑色，驚喜的是這台Motorbox的包裝竟然跟以前那5台不大一樣，因為完全沒有Exoto的標誌，倒是有一個Revell的商標。看來江湖傳聞是真的，當年Revell把這批959版權一併賣斷了給Exoto，所以之後的那些版本沒了Revell的商標，變成了現在只帶Exoto的樣式，這台是個稀有貨，因為是Revell的第一版，10多年了，油漆依然光滑潔淨，神采飛揚!

In July 2010, Rackspace Hosting and NASA jointly launched a new open source cloud initiative known as OpenStack. The mission of the OpenStack project was to enable any organization to create and offer cloud computing services running on standard hardware. The community’s first official release, code-named Austin, was made available just four months later with plans to release regular updates of the software every few months. The early code comes from NASA’s Nebula platform as well as Rackspace’s Cloud Files platform. Early on in the history of the project, Ubuntu [9] Linux distribution decided to adopt OpenStack.
Just read about this new jargon, very interesting indeed as OpenStack was initiated by a leading web hosting company in US and there is an extremely self-conceited man in China who said that he will replace VMware with OpenStack within a year…Gosh!
我的第一台手辦車模

曾經听本地車模店老板說過，玩車模最后其實還是玩油，指的就是車油的顏色、亮度，平滑的控制，盡量爭取和真車接近才能達到玩車模的最高境界，當然如果你連車型都做不准的話，其它都是白搭。

手版車模大師和版權問題的迷思?

其實很想知道那些大師級別動輒幾千甚至幾萬塊美金的1比43法拉利手版(應該稱之為藝術品，無論是金屬或者樹脂膠)到底有沒有法拉利頒發的正式版權﹖
另外就是不少這些稱之為藝術品的手版模型從無到有全都是大師們一手一腳從原材料創造出來的，製造過程之繁複以及手工之精湛簡直就是令人嘆為觀止!
有從事這行的前輩跟說過”車模越小感覺越想真車，反而大比例的越大就越失真”
就拿香港的veloce34手版大師陳啟明Ming Sir來說，20多年的功力，號稱香港43比例手版模型第一人，另外國外也有很多頂尖人物，如英國最頂尖的模型車大師Wingrove，新加坡的Garage 43 Laurent，日本第一大師早川松芳、稻葉精等等。
eBay上偶爾也見過這些大師級別的作品，往往成交都是令人驚嘆的天價。
但如果沒有版權這不是都不合法麼﹖但有人辯解說如果這是大師或者是收藏家自己直接放售的話，則屬於個別例外，不涉及非法侵犯版權之嫌。(真的麼﹖)
另一廂，眾所週知，現今1比18合金車模裡最頂尖的Exoto，幾乎所有的車模都沒有版權，而且幾年前法拉利更在美國加州告了Exoto的中東老闆Tony一狀，但是最後居然輸了，造就了Exoto今天依然能肆無忌憚地販賣着那些沒有正式版權的車模。
話又說回來，近幾年看到不少日本、東南亞、香港和國內的模型高手紛紛自組品牌推出很多”山寨”1比18車模，也就是沒有版權的作品，平心來說，很多質量都不比國際大品牌如MR/BBR差。
當中那些以Resin樹脂膠1比18車模為主的小型工作室如Versus/APM/FrontiArt/MG Model Car等，作品的精緻程度甚至超過了國際大品牌，當年傳奇人物日本Versus車模改裝大師Masanori Akashi(已經在2011年日本海嘯中去世)不一樣沒有版權，但是他的作品至今仍然得到了國際收藏家們的熱烈追捧。
當然這些山寨的很多款式都走小眾化的Niche Market，因為很多作品都是那些以改裝版本為主的法拉利或者林寶堅尼，另外更提供度身訂做服務，細節如座椅的縫線顏色都可以跟隨閣下的喜好而改變，這一系列創意無限的服務無疑打開了舊車模市場固有死板的局面。
最後這些”山寨”廠是不可能進駐國際大型玩具展覽(如紐倫堡)攤位的，所以這些作品的流傳永遠都是各地車模收藏家私下的瑰寶。要打開局面不是不行，唯一的方法就是得跟車廠簽訂繁複的協議和購買版權，但是針無兩頭利，這樣一來就會大大地限制了推出的款式以及更高昂的價格肯定會令原有的收藏家們卻步。
所以我個人認為，這些大師級別的車模工作室應該繼續保持現狀，始終慢工出細貨，我寧願要最精緻的做工，也不要濫竽充數的Mass Production，自由創作至上，很多大師能走到今天，始終得來很不容易!
而且這些”山寨”傳世精品作品流量之少，乃文化遺產之一，理應該好好保護才對。相信這些大師全部一年的銷量加起來也不會貴得過一台真正的法拉利，我認為作為名牌車廠，很應該一隻眼開一隻眼閉，氣度大些，別跟這些文化創意工作者斤斤計較才是。人家付出的可是血汗作品，買賣雙方都高興，如果就這樣扼殺了這個小小的創意空間的話，那將是車模收藏家的不幸，也更是車廠的不幸，因為也正正是這些小小的手版而推動了世界各地點點滴滴的汽車文化交流。

今天在MC論壇看到了會員Caitic的另一篇也是關於車模版權的問題:
非常理解你這位朋友的做法，以下是我的一點疑問和建議
你說到你的朋友是完全手工製作模型車，那麼我猜想你的朋友是想把這些他製作的模型車作為商品銷售以賺取盈利對吧？在這種情況下，我個人認為完全有必要徵求一下版權問題，因為畢竟你是完完全全在模仿別人的設計並用來自己賺錢，所以這個問題是完全無法避免的。
儘管有這樣的想法是好的，但是考慮到車廠的利益，想要獲得版權也並非你朋友想像的如此這般簡單，並不存在是否有高人指路的問題，首先要關注的是你朋友自身是否有和車廠談判版權問題的資本，很明顯，你的朋友現在如此這般的狀態，不要說談判的資本，連聯絡方法都無法取得。也請明白，車廠授權並非只是一張紙一句話那麼簡單的問題，其中涉及到多方的利益，拿最簡單的一條，每年強制的版權專利和盈利分紅就是普通車模廠無法承受的，更何況你朋友只是一個製作手辦模型的個體戶？另外，車廠當然會顧及到已經獲得授權的模型廠商的利益，同樣的授權不可能出售給兩家或者更多的車模廠，就好像現在Amalgam也在製作手辦車一樣，如果你沒有足夠的資本超越它，車廠為什麼要把授權給你，難道僅僅為了滿足你追求fine art models的心願？答案顯而易見是否定的，沒有哪怕一點點的可能，你朋友的作為不是公益項目也不是設計比賽裡的作品，在殘酷的現實世界，尤其是商業界裡面，熱情這種不能帶來實際價值的東西是被忽視不見的，因此你朋友無需大費周章的到處要人之路，版權是沒有可能的，除非你已經發展到Amalgam那樣的規模和水平了，才有資本和別人談。現實就是，在中國這片土地上暫時出不了這樣的公司，沒有人會願意和一個來自不講版權的國家的人或者企業來談版權問題，歐洲有足夠的資源可以滿足車廠的利益，何須來中國尋求合作。
現在來看，你的朋友即便有高人指路也是徒勞，這不是有個高人就可以解決的問題，這關係到一家企業、它的作品和文化，因此就目前而言，你朋友拿到版權的可能性為零。
因此，我的建議是你的朋友可以暫時通過個人的形式去製作車模，而不要以品牌的方式運作，並且界定客戶的範圍，先從小範圍的客戶群做起，像MC一樣瞄準高端和專業兩塊的客戶，待時機成熟，在專業客戶群內擁有一定聲譽以後，想要做大自然而然的可以獲得那些高端或專業人士的支持，他們的信任就是你最大的資本。
其實呢，我的想法是這樣，因為對你的朋友具體涉及的製作範圍也不了解，權當以建議吧。
首先呢，你朋友的定位是國外，其實不管銷路在國內或是國外，只要你認真對待，付諸熱情，都應該非常重視版權問題，不僅僅是對你的客戶負責，更是對你朋友自己的作品負責，畢竟fine art model不是說說就能做到的。因此呢，我的建議就是，先從製作Kits開始，因為銷售的Kits都是持有合法版權的，而模型師製作Kits則屬於個人藝術品範疇，因此不會被列入授權保護的範圍，也很自然的不存在侵犯版權的問題，自然而然你朋友的版權問題就迎刃而解了。當然，我所說的是以Kits為基礎，然後個人的通過添加細節或者向你朋友所說的自製一部分的零件已達到升級套件的目的，讓自己的作品變得更加充實，當然這一切是建立在以原始的具有版權的Kits來改造製作為基礎的，這樣一來呢，你朋友既可以在有限範圍內自由的發揮，又不會受到版權問題的困擾，何樂而不為？
不過呢，我猜想還有一個問題就是你朋友製作的題材或者比例很有可能和現有的Kits不符合，這樣一來，即便是有現成的Kits，也無法幫助你朋友打一下版權的“擦邊球”。在這種哦情況下，我只能說希望你朋友可以耐心的維持他的熱情，先從我上面所說的一種途徑慢慢開始，當你在Kits改造和升級方面有所成就，並擁有了一個穩定、專業並且高端的客戶群後，你便能將這些客戶轉變成你的資本，作為日後和車廠談判的一種資本。這一切全是後話，但是可以預見的是，需要擁有一個足以打動類似法拉利一級車廠的客戶群體並非一日而成，可能需要十年或者更久的積累，並且不斷進步，才能得以生存。我的意見就是，你的朋友必須充分的冷靜，熱情可以用在製作車模上，但是當你把車模變成一種事業時，那麼你就需要時時刻刻為擁有一個穩定的客戶群而努力，不僅僅是製作車模那麼簡單，你需要與你的客戶溝通交流，傾聽他們的訴求並實時改變。
我聽我香港的一位朋友提起過，香港有一位達人是專門為國外（特別是歐洲）訂做1/10系列的坦克和汽車模型的，當然也有本地市場，但是負擔得起這麼個龐然大物的本地人很少很少，負擔得起的也對這個會動的大傢伙沒興趣，他也是手工製作，而且是可以遙控操縱開動的動態車模，製作的非常精美，正是因為不論是外部的細節的拿捏以及觀賞性和可動性的完美結合的水平都遠遠超出歐洲同行，所以他的顧客絕大多數來自歐洲等發達國家，因為他們認為這位大大是做的最棒的。我想你朋友可以走和這位大大的路線。不過這位大大走到現在也不容易，同時他也收藏真車，做古董車的修復工作，經濟實力也不一般。

因為w2k12繼續可以用OEM SLP Activate的原因，所以很多PC發燒友將w2k12當w2k8來用。
但是轉換過程原來好鬼麻煩，乾脆放棄，Desktop還是用回Wiondows 7 Pro算數。
