I’ve encountered a problem when installing Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 today and found the reason and solution pretty easy. It was due to Veeam B&R v5.0 automatically Disabled automount for SAN mode and W2K8 R2 SP1 requires automount to be enabled.

Solution:

1. Disconnect all active iSCSI connections and REMOVE the Target Portal from iSCSI favourite tab. 

2. From command prompt, issue the followings:
> diskpart
> automount enable

3. Reboot the server then go ahead and upgrade your W2K8 R2 with SP1, it will take about 50 minutes to complete, yes, it did take that long even on latest powerful server.

4. Then issue the following AFTER reboot:
> diskpart
> automount disable

5. Reboot the last time and then re-establish all previous iSCSI connections as usual.

這個案例告訴我們一個淺顯的道理，
核心競爭力不是錢和房子，是在關鍵的崗位有自已的人。

規則4:做人要有屏功

女秘書神色凝重地說：王總,我怀孕了。
王繼續低頭看文件,然后淡淡一笑:我早結扎了。
女秘書楞了一會媚笑道:我是和您開玩笑呢!
王抬起頭看了她一眼，喝了口茶說:我也是。
這個案例告訴我們, 在江湖上晃的人,遇事不要慌,先讓子彈飛一會!

Today I finally got a chance to hit with the latest racket from Yonex, VCore 100 S, S specifies for Spin. It’s also the choice from current world #1 Caroline Wozniacki who just switched from Babolat recently.

I found indeed I can hit much better quality top spin with confidence ever than before, thanks to VCore’s technology “Spin to win with 3D Control”.

In fact, there isn’t much to compare with my 25 years old POG, I must admit the technology is definitely there this time and it did help me to improve my baseline style game, not to mention VCore 100 S also helped me to serve with more spin and angle, it’s simply amazing and I start to love it!

I am pretty sure now this is the one to go when it’s available in local store later.

自1886年第一架奔馳汽車誕生，轉眼已125周年。這次首次來香港展出的汽車包括Shooting Break及B-Class F-CELL概念車，還有就是由德國奔馳博物館特別運來到1934年500K Roadster和1938年W154經典跑車。

今天終于看到了銀箭W154和500K Roadster的真身﹐那刻真是激動﹗

35個春夏秋冬過去了﹐法拉利308系列的線條依然美艷如昔。

作為標準法拉利迷的你如果有細心觀察的話﹐其實不難發現後繼者如F348﹑ F355﹑ 288 GTO﹑ F40等其實都是由此線條變化出來的﹐正所謂天下武功出少林也就是這個道理了。

今天經過車模舖子發現這款黑色美版的308 GTS在做大特價﹐雖然不愛黑色﹐但308 GTS實在太誘惑﹐不能不收﹐而且這款最主要沒有了那個難看討厭的半窗﹐如最近推出的Hotwheels Elite 308 GTB 就有半窗而且還偷工減料。

今天終于湊夠紅﹑黃﹑黑3個顏色﹐大喜﹗

The following list is the ones that’s most interested to me.

In my own opinion, the so called Hi-End edition with doubled the price doesn’t justify the price with what’s been upgraded in quality. In reality, from what we have seen in the released Hi-End ones, there are only 10% upgraded features comparing to the original versions. That’s why I put (Depends) as those ones I have already got in the original release back in 2010.

眾望所盼﹐王者終于歸來﹗

關於Pagani Zonda的故事﹐相信已經不用再費篇幅去介紹﹐因為就連很多不懂得開車的朋友現在也視它為Dream Car﹗

其實這位鼎鼎大名的Pagani很早就已經顯示出他那驚為天人的才賦﹐他在1992年成立自己公司之前﹐就曾經參與過多項Lamborghini的產品設計和改良如Countach 25週年紀念版和Diablo等經典之作。

R是Pagani Zonda系列中的完結篇﹐也代表了風之子系列裡最強的一名成員﹗

Zonda R有高達90%的車體結構是全新設計研發的﹐並且使用了最新碳纖維與金屬鈦混合材料技術。它依照風洞實驗設計出來的車體，Pagani Zonda R擁有著極為誇張的空氣力學外表﹐能令車身在高速行駛下充分獲得向下的壓力。

這次的完成品終于令Autoart踏上了高端模型的台階﹐Pagani Zonda R的質量絕對配得起這個價格﹐相對與BBR之前的那堆濫竽充數的F430/ENZO來說﹐更顯得Autoart這次的定價來的十分之合理﹐難怪大陸﹑台灣的銷量是一鳴驚人﹐今天香港本地的車模店們都埋怨分不夠存貨﹐看啊﹐你QC做得好﹐價格訂的合理﹐顧客自然而然就會像潮水般地光顧﹐這是最基本的營銷手法。

最後真希望Autoart可以再接再勵﹐工藝不斷向上﹐多些推出這類精緻的“工藝品”帶給我們車模收藏者們更加多的歡樂和滿足感﹗

更新﹕原來Bentley Mulsanne量產黑色版本也是用綠色廠盒來包裝的﹐但價格和之前的廠版相差無幾(便宜USD20左右)﹐這樣的話那當然是買廠版的那個金屬灰值得多了。
